\u2022\tFrom analogue to digital \u2013 aiming \u2018to create the most digitally accessible health system in the world\u2019, with a focus on expanding patient services, control and choice through increased use of the NHS App<\/p>\n
\u2022\tFrom sickness to prevention \u2013 aiming to \u2018halve the gap in healthy life expectancy between the richest and the poorest regions\u2019 with plans to reduce obesity, reduce alcohol and tobacco consumption, expand free school meals<\/p>\n
These shifts in the delivery of healthcare will be underpinned with a new operating model, decentralising commissioning and decision-making, with transparency and an incentivised and empowered workforce and greater use of the latest technology.<\/p>\n
